Solopreneurs
Automation for self-employed professionals and solopreneurs
You do everything yourself: the craft, the clients, the quotes, the invoices, the follow-ups, the emails. I build the automations that take over the repetitive part, in the tools you already use, under your own accounts.
01The problem
When you work alone, every hour of admin is an hour you don't bill
A small business has someone to delegate to. A self-employed professional doesn't. The quote waits until the day is over. The invoice goes out late because the work had to be delivered first. The follow-up on an unpaid client gets pushed to next week. The appointment confirmation is typed by hand, for the hundredth time.
Taken one at a time, these tasks last a few minutes. Added up, they take your evenings and your Sundays. And none of them needs your judgment: only attention and regularity. That is exactly what a machine does better than a person, while you do what you are paid for.
02Where to start
The three automations that pay off first
Your emails, sorted before you open them
Client requests on one side, supplier invoices on the other, newsletters elsewhere. For the questions that keep coming back, a draft reply is waiting, in your words; you review, adjust, send.
Your invoices sent and your payments followed up
The invoice goes out at delivery, not at month's end. The payment reminder goes out on the due date, politely, without you having to think about it or wonder whether it's awkward.
Your appointment requests handled
A form on your site or an email address receives the request. The client record is created, the confirmation goes out, the reminder follows the day before. You arrive at the appointment with the file already filled in.
03The method
How it works when you work alone
Twenty minutes on the phone, no commitment. You tell me where you lose time; I tell you frankly whether it can be automated, and where to start. If the answer is no, you'll know right away.
Then the system is first delivered in observation mode: it runs on your real data and shows you what it would have done, without sending or changing anything. You approve, then we turn it on. Everything is installed in your current tools, under your own accounts; I hold none of your passwords.
You are the only person to train, and it happens alongside delivery: what the system does, what it doesn't do, and what to look at when something is out of the ordinary. You receive the files, the documentation and the connection guide. If one day you hand the rest to someone else, that person picks up the file as is.
04Frankly
What I'll tell you if it's not for you
If your volume is too small for an automation to be worth setting up, I'll tell you, and I'll point out what a habit solves better than a system. If you'd rather learn to do it yourself, the 5 keys guide is the right place to start.
05Before we start
Self-employed, solopreneur, professional on your own
Whether you're a consultant, a therapist, a photographer, a contractor, an accountant or a coach, the problem is the same: too many hours of admin for one person. Write to me; twenty minutes is enough to know where to start.
