What I do
I build custom automations for small and mid-sized businesses: email sorting and replies, invoice processing, research digests, file follow-up. Systems that run on their own, in your tools, without anyone having to learn one more piece of software.
I work alone, and I bring in specialists when a project calls for it.

Where my way of working comes from
Louis Tremblay, automation specialist and IT consultant. I live in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood of Montreal. My passion is helping entrepreneurs reach the next level.
I spent some twenty years in financial services. I have been interested in automation for five years: first by running automated trading on a live account for three years; then by automating business tasks.
Automated trading is the most demanding context I know for an automation. It runs during market hours, against a third-party system, with real money. When an email system gets it wrong, you miss a sort. When a trading system gets it wrong, it places an order. You quickly learn that error handling, monitoring and testing are not optional, and that no shortcut holds.
I kept the discipline; the context changed. No serious person puts a strategy on the market without having seen it run dry. That is exactly what I do with your automations: they first run on your real data and show you what they would have done. You approve, then we switch it on.
03The method
How I work
Every system is first delivered in observation mode: it runs on your real data and shows you what it would have done, without sending or changing anything. You validate, then we switch it on.
Every system goes through a security checklist before going live: no password written in plain text, no trigger open to anyone, explicit timeouts, no sensitive data kept in the logs.
04Ownership
What belongs to you
The system lives in your own account, under your own access. You receive everything: the files, the documentation, the connection guide. I hold none of your passwords; I can't lose them, I don't have them.
The tools I use are standard tools. If one day you want to hand the next step to someone else, that person picks up the file as is. You are tied to no one, me included.
