Where do you lose time in your business?
Twenty minutes, no commitment. Describe the task that costs you the most, in money or in delay. I answer in person, and I tell you frankly whether it is worth automating, including when the answer is no.

Frequently asked questions
Before you write, a few answers
- "I have a much cheaper quote elsewhere."
- Anyone can link steps together. The difference shows on day 40, when a service changes or an access expires. What you get here: the system first runs on your real data and shows you exactly what it would do, before anything goes out. It goes through a security checklist. And it is delivered with error handling, so it doesn't die quietly on a Tuesday morning. If a broken automation costs you more than the price gap, you have your answer.
- "I could do it myself."
- You absolutely can, and if you enjoy learning the tool, it is a good investment of your time. What you would be buying here is time: the pitfalls I have already paid for (service limits, expiring access, edge cases nobody warns you about) and something that still works in six months. If you would rather build it yourself, honestly, go ahead. If you would rather have it handled, I'm here.
- "What if you disappear in six months?"
- Nothing here is locked to me. The system runs in your own account, with your own access; I hold nothing you would have to ask me for. You receive the complete file, the documentation and the connection guide. The tools are standard: any integrator can pick up from there. And the system warns you itself if something breaks.
- "Where does it run? Who pays for the tool?"
- In your own account, in your name. Anything that runs on a schedule or reacts to an event needs an always-on service; the subscription is yours, directly with the provider, and I do all the setup. I never host a client's system at my place: your data and your access stay with you.
- "Which tools do you work with?"
- I build with a standard, open automation tool that connects to your current software: email, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting, forms. If you already have automations elsewhere, I can take them over and rebuild them in your account, but I don't build in other platforms.
- "Can everything be automated?"
- No, and I'll tell you. The urgent, the sensitive and the exceptional still go through a person. What automates well: the repetitive, clear task that comes back every week and calls for no judgment. What needs your head stays in your hands; the machine takes care of what surrounds it.
